Fefe in Blue

I can never decide whether to crop my projects right to the borders of the project itself, or show it sitting on the shelf!  But I thought this one looked a little better cropped (due to my crappy photo haha)

Anyways, this was the 4th project for Illustration techniques.  The prompt was that we had to draw a body part of either an angel or a demon, using either dominantly red or dominantly blue (though you could use a tiny bit of the other color as an accent if you wanted to).

So of COURSE I couldn't pass up the chance to use Fefe, since he is a demon-like creature of sorts (he's canonically called an 'infernal').  And even though this isn't really "one body part" (like a foot or a nose or a tail), I got it approved by my teacher first so it was aLL GOOD.

I also couldn't pass up the chance to use blue, because Fefe is red! What fun would it have been to use red???? xD

This is done in acrylic on a square piece of masonite board (with gesso on it, of course)!
