After playing Donkey Kong Country Returns (which was EXTREMELY fun by the by), and basically role playing these 2 out loud with my brother while we were playing, I COULDN'T RESIST XD

I think if DK could talk he'd pretty much be a big dumb ape who could have his smart moments but not really realize it, and my brother played that pretty well I think; Diddy, on the other hand, wouldn't be a sarcastic, cynical lil' monkey who basically hates DK but learns to put up with him.
Or DK's son. >XDDDDDDD
