Penguin Door Knocker

Hi everyone! :'D
This is the other clay project I did in school this past year!  I actually did this one before the Wobbuffet whistle.  It was inspired by Happy Feet I guess?? I dunno, I was in band for 1 semester and I had several music classes this year, so I wanted to do something music-y, but also cute and what's cuter than a BABY PENGUIN I MEAN SERIOIUSLY?? And he's got a nifty top hat too.
But he's not just a sculpture, he's a door knocker!! You can lift up the giant musical note (as shown) and knock on the sheet music backdrop.  There's also 2 little holes in the top of the backdrop for screws so you could hang it on a door... but the thing is, even though it FUNCTIONS as a door knocker, it's not ACTUALLY supposed to be a door knocker because if you knocked it hard, it'd probably break. xDDDD But if you knock on it lightly it's fine! 8D

This was also handmade (yes, the edges of that sheet music could have been straighter...), but it was handpainted with acrylic this time instead of glaze! So I only had to fire it ONCE, thank goodness. <D
